Support Technician

£15,000 per annum dependent on experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring telephone calls are answered and issues are properly logged
  • Following up support tasks logged by other colleagues promptly
  • Responding to support queries received by email/live chat in a timely fashion
  • Acting as a first point of contact for minor complaints
  • Promoting additional products to customers and liaising with sales to ensure any such opportunities are followed up
  • Providing a first line support for schools on all products
  • Adhering to agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators

Essential Skills

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast moving energetic environment
  • Ability to prioritise own workload and ensure tasks are completed to standard
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good problem solving abilities

The Package

  • Salary negotiable, dependent on experience, up to £15,000 per annum
